  • Payment information: if you purchase a paid listing plan, your payment is processed by PayPal or Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card or account credentials — we only receive confirmation of payment and a transaction reference.

  • IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring pages, collected through standard server logs and analytics tools.

  • Publicly, as part of your listing: business name, contact details, and images you submit for a listing are shown publicly on the Site by design, since the Site’s purpose is to help buyers find and contact your business.
  • Service providers: payment processors (PayPal, Stripe), hosting and infrastructure providers, email/SMS delivery services, and analytics providers, solely to operate the Site.
  • Legal reasons: if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OurSialkot, our users, or the public.

Note that some information you submit as part of a public business listing (such as your business name and contact details) is, by the nature of the Site, publicly visible while your listing is active.

10. International Visitors
