1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of oursialkot.com (the “Site”), operated by OurSialkot.com (“OurSialkot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or submitting a business listing, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About OurSialkot.com
OurSialkot.com is a business directory that helps buyers discover manufacturers, exporters, and service providers based in Sialkot, Pakistan, across categories including surgical and medical instruments, sports goods, leather products, textiles, and more. OurSialkot is a directory and listing platform only. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any transaction, order, contract, or dispute between a buyer and a listed business.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or submit a listing.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Business Listings
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit in a listing, including business name, contact details, categories, images, and descriptions.
- You may only submit a listing for a business you own, represent, or are authorized to list.
- We may review, edit, categorize, approve, reject, unpublish, or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that are inaccurate, misleading, duplicated, or that violate these Terms.
- Claiming a listing: if a listing for your business already exists, you may request to claim it by verifying your ownership or authorization as prompted on the Site. We may ask for supporting documentation and may approve or deny a claim at our discretion.
- Listing a business on the Site does not guarantee any level of visibility, ranking, inquiries, or sales.
5. Paid Plans and Payments
- Some features (such as featured or premium listings) may require payment of a fee, shown on the Site at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed securely by PayPal or Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as we expressly state at the time of purchase.
- We may change plan pricing and features at any time; changes will not affect a plan you have already paid for during its current term.
6. Reviews and User Content
- Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the business being reviewed. Fake, paid, incentivized, or retaliatory reviews are prohibited.
- You retain ownership of content you submit (listings, images, reviews), but grant OurSialkot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Site and in related promotion of the Site.
- We may remove any content that is false, defamatory, abusive, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings, reviews, or claims;
- Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with one;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site using automated means without our permission;
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or that violates a third party’s rights;
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; or
- Use the Site to send unsolicited advertising or spam to other users.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site’s design, logo, layout, and original content are owned by OurSialkot.com and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. Businesses retain ownership of their own logos, photos, and business content submitted to the Site.
9. Disclaimer
OurSialkot does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, or reliability of any listed business, product, or service. Any transaction, communication, or agreement you enter into with a business found through the Site is solely between you and that business. We recommend conducting your own due diligence — verifying credentials, samples, certifications, and references — before entering into any business transaction.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OurSialkot.com and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or any transaction with a listed business, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold OurSialkot.com harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your listing content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or remove any listing at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Site, or third parties.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
